Systems Administrator-Senior

Maintains integrity of the operating system environment. Performs system software upgrades, server administration setup, and disk space planning and management. Provides recommendations regarding hardware and system software planning and budgeting.

Requirements

• Installs and configures hardware systems and sub-systems.
• Prepares technical documentation.
• Maintains existing production systems.
• Monitors basic system health indicators.
• Installs and configures operating systems and utilities.
• Maintains e-mail and Web servers.
• Interacts with vendors through program implementation and maintenance.
• Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment and safety standards.
