Flexpool is seeking a flexible Helpende for elderly care. This role offers varied work, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work in different locations and target groups. The work is part-time with a fixed term, but the hours can be adjusted.

Requirements

• Support, guide, and care for clients with genuine attention.
• Comfortable with working in different departments.
• Ability to carry out period-of-duty assignments (4-6 months) in consultation.
• Digital skills and computer/smartphone proficiency.
• Bachelor's diploma level 2 as a Helpende mbo.
• Interest in elderly care.
• Fluency in Dutch
