Job description
Operate, program, and adjust CNC machines for the manufacture of metal parts with precision, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and production times. Join the Werner team and be a key player in the growth of the best brand of ladders, truck storage boxes, and job site equipment, as well as the best brand of fall protection equipment.
Operate CNC machines, interpret technical drawings and specifications, monitor the machining process, verify dimensions of parts, record production, scrap, and downtime, and collaborate with quality and engineering areas for continuous improvement.
We are looking for a CNC Technician with a technical career in machines and tools, mechatronics, or related field, and 1 to 3 years of experience in the metalworking industry. Knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks is required, and CNC programming and machining centers and wire EDM are a plus.
