Job description
Maintain and repair equipment to meet minimum standards set forth by the Department of Transportation and Werner Enterprises. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Remove and replace brakes, electrical systems, chassis components, and other parts. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
Requires comprehensive knowledge of tractor/trailer operations, mechanical and electrical skills, and experience with MIG welding and oxy-acetylene torches.
