
Job description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and identifying sales opportunities. They will work in a team environment to service customer needs and contribute to the success of the Banking Center.
Perform customer transactions, answer incoming telephone calls, and complete outbound customer calls to support sales and service needs. Develop and maintain working knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
Must have strong product knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and be flexible. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
