We're looking for a passionate Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at atomica, a new and exciting beauty destination. As a leader, you'll be responsible for motivating the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and guiding them in using their skills and product knowledge to help customers glow, inside and out!
Requirements
- 2+ years of similar experience
- Exceptional retail experience, particularly in beauty
- Great communication skills
- Creative touch for merchandising
- Experience with rostering & working within EBA & GRIA frameworks (desirable)
