Requirements
- Supervise production processes and personnel in assigned field
- Responsible and accountable for adherence to procedures, proper production, quality, maintenance, safety, and schedules
- Promote effective team member/Company relations to help improve customer service and Company profits
- Oversee day-to-day production activities, create short-interval look-ahead production schedules, and assure Standard Operating Instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to
- Participate in the resolution of employee complaints and personnel or performance issues, and routinely evaluate and review employee performance
- Manage available resources to ensure on-time production and delivery of customer orders, verify production data, and maintain and verify accuracy of employee hours worked
- Ensure the smooth startup of new processes and ongoing production in all area departments, and maximize capital resources to maintain equipment and facilities in proper working condition
- Constantly evaluate existing processes and establish teams to continuously improve these processes, and perform other duties as assigned
