Job Description
Supervise nursing activities, prepare and administer medications, chart as required, give treatments, and communicate with Director of Nursing and staff.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license in this state as a registered nurse or licensed vocational nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Graduate of a state-approved school of vocational/practical or professional nursing
- Six months as a staff nurse in a long-term care facility preferred
