The Assistant Professor of Management is responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in management and related disciplines, maintaining an active scholarly research agenda, and contributing to service activities within the department, college, and university. The position requires a commitment to student engagement, instructional excellence, and collaboration with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hold a doctorate (Ph.D. or DBA) in Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
- Demonstrate effectiveness in university-level teaching
- Possess a documented record of scholarly research or clear potential for research productivity in management or related areas
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Collegiality, and the ability to work effectively with diverse students and colleagues
