Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is a psychiatric facility located in Westborough, Massachusetts, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered mental health care. As a primary psychiatric hospital, we provide a full continuum of care to meet the evolving needs of individuals and families across our community. Our mission is to improve the well-being of every person by providing expert clinical care, compassionate support, and a wide range of evidence-based services. From crisis intervention to long-term support, we are here to walk alongside our patients at every stage of their mental health journey. Our evidenced-based treatment modalities are infused with holistic methods which address the mental health needs of diverse populations. We offer inpatient programs for adults, children, and special needs. We also offer partial and intensive outpatient programs for adolescents and adults.

Masters Level or Licensed Inpatient Clinician - Adult Unit
Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field and 2 years of relevant experience in behavioral health setting
Licensed Outpatient First Responder Clinician
Licensure as a LICSW or LMHC, at least 1 year of experience working with first responders, and strong knowledge of first responder culture
Inpatient Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist
Board-certified Psychiatrist with 2+ years' experience in Psychiatry or Child Psychiatry
Psych Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN)
Associates degree or bachelor's degree required, RN license required, prior psychiatric healthcare experience preferred
Mental Health Technician (MHT)
High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred, experience in behavioral healthcare
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- 5000 Sign On Bonus
Bachelor's degree, RBT certification, 1+ year experience working with behavioral or developmental disorders
Cook Full-time
High school degree, Food Handlers Card, previous food service experience
Food Service Worker - Per diem
Must have a High School degree, 0 years of experience, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Psychiatrist on Call
Doctoral degree in Psychiatry and 2 years of experience
Certified Recreational Therapist Per diem
2-3 years of experience in psychiatric/substance use, Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation, and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) certification
