Vice President, Portfolio Management - Corporate Finance

As Vice President, Portfolio Management - Corporate Finance, you'll analyze, structure, and coordinate the closing of major and complex loans, ensure credit risks are monitored, and attain established Bank goals. You'll interface with clients, gather and analyze information, and coordinate loan processing. You'll also handle various underwriting, portfolio management, and upkeep tasks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related experience in Portfolio Management or similar field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring
• Credit analyst training completed
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
