Requirements
- Lead and evolve the partner support operating model
- Manage and develop a team of support specialists and analysts
- Improve ticketing systems, SLAs, and workflows
- Expand self-service tools, documentation, and training resources
- Partner cross-functionally to align operations, resolve issues, and support strategic initiatives
