
Job description
Provide guidance and direction to Financial Representatives, leading production results, customer acquisition, and agent retention. Ensure the "Agency System" is executed effectively to achieve staff scorecard objectives.
Possess knowledge of the W&S Sales Process, execute the "Agency System", drive sales through prospecting and appointment setting, manage and develop Financial Representatives, and partner with management to administer recruitment and selection.
7+ years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred, and ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
