Job description
We are looking for an Electrician to join our team at Westgold Resources. The role involves infrastructure maintenance, production support, and specialized systems installation and repair. The Electrician will work on underground reticulation, substations, and distribution boards, as well as mobile fleet electrical systems and RCT Teleremote and Guidance systems. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics.
The Electrician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and fault-finding of underground reticulation, substations, and distribution boards. They will also perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on mobile fleet electrical systems, including Production Drills, Diamond Drills, Jumbos, and Loaders. Additionally, the Electrician will install, test, and repair RCT Teleremote and Guidance systems, and maintain and troubleshoot critical UG infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics.
