Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5–10 years of project management experience in technical industries
- Certifications: PMI PMP or equivalent preferred
- Fluent English and German required; Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of scheduling and cost management tools (Primavera/MSP, SAP); proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools; familiarity with risk management tools
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation abilities
