As an Associate, Recruiting, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
Requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through several channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Support employer branding projects and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
