Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, including speaking, listening, and understanding information in English, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience, especially in hospitality, is preferred but not required.
