Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• SHRM or HRCI certified professional preferred
• A minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience with exposure to compensation, performance management, talent management, and employee or labor relations
• Three or more years' experience in HR at an industrial or manufacturing facility
• A current, valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card is required
• Supervisory experience is preferred
• Experience using Workday preferred
