Superintendent-Maintenance, Building Products

The Superintendent-Maintenance leads a team of mechanical, electrical, and controls technicians to ensure safe and efficient operation of production equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science (BS) in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering, or relevant work experience
• At least 10 years Operations and/or Maintenance experience in manufacturing, with 5 years in a leadership role
• Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations such as OSHA, EPA, and ANSI
• Experience in MS Office applications
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program
• Knowledge of maintenance, planning and scheduling requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership and training abilities
• Must be detail oriented
• Operate well in a team environment
