The Westover Companies is a family-owned and operated property management company seeking a Maintenance Technician to support one or multiple apartment properties maintaining routine service requests as well as preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience with building trade skills, the ability to work on ladders and roofs, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or building trade role
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and working vehicle
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
