
Job description
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant / Sales Engineer to work with our West/Central region prospects and customers. The role will involve establishing a deep understanding of the Whatfix product portfolio and competitive landscape, and assisting Sales in presenting the value proposition and benefits of the Whatfix solution to prospects and customers.
Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a deep understanding of the Whatfix product portfolio, understanding and studying Whatfix deployments across industries, and presenting a thought leadership on Whatfix solving customer pain points. The role also involves partnering with Account Executives, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, and evangelizing Whatfix products to prospects, customers, and partners.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting / Sales or Customer Success experience, and a background in studying existing deployments across industries and applications. The candidate should be able to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, and have excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
