Requirements

• Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) by BELTSS Board
• Experience working with senior adults and serving those with a dementia diagnosis
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Highly skilled at problem solving, organization and communication
• Positive attitude and desire to serve others
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
