Job description
The Agile Coach is responsible for fostering and promoting agile values, principles, and best practices across the organization. This role supports various teams in developing a continuous improvement mindset and delivering high-value outcomes.
Engage with teams through regular participation in ceremonies and day-to-day collaboration to provide coaching and support. Deliver individual and team coaching to enhance agile mindset, practices, and performance.
Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead. Deep knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
