Job Description
As a Specialty Team member, you will be responsible for maintaining attractive displays and providing excellent customer service in specialty food and beverage departments (cheese, coffee, tea, beer, wine, housewares, etc.). This role focuses on keeping displays fresh, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining inventory and adhering to procedures, and ensuring a positive company image.
Requirements
- Knowledge of specialty products (coffee, tea, chocolate, beer, wine, housewares, and cheese preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to sell proactively
- Ability to learn basic product knowledge
- Available for flexible scheduling
