The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and transportation design, with experience working with Chicago DOT, IDOT, or comparable agencies.

Requirements

• Coordinate and communicate with various project stakeholders
• Analyze applicable codes, standards, and specifications
• Perform general field inspection of Road and Bridge Construction
• Monitor and analyze progress of contractor’s work
• Maintain various reports
• Lead inspection team
