Skid Steer Operators

At Wilco Contractors Northwest, we are seeking skilled Skid Steer Operators to join our team. As a civil construction contractor, we build quality infrastructure and open space development while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Operate skid steers in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain proper care and maintenance of the machine
• Load, unload and move materials, load trucks, excavation, and finished grading
• Complete various landscaping and general labour tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
• Collaborate with other workers to complete projects within deadlines
• Adhere to all safety regulations and communicate project updates
• Record keeping of work hours and minor equipment maintenance on Nektar App
