Job Description
Seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to transition designs to manufacturable solutions and provide continuous engineering support to the production team.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering and 8+ years of experience
- A high degree of technical expertise in electro-mechanical system design
- Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and fit check analysis
- Proven designs making use of machined, molded, casting, extruded and other manufacturing methods
- Able to adapt to modern software and work methodologies
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
- Static FEA experience
- Experience with military standards, specifically MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 a plus
- Familiar with rapid prototype methods such as 3D printers
