Job Description
Mechanical Engineers are a core component of the program team serving as the technical authority for mechanical design while working to deliver best in class product.
Requirements
- Interfaces directly with and receives design feedback from manufacturing engineers, machinists, and other key members of operations throughout the product development process.
- Supports the development of team members by providing constructive technical feedback.
- Mentors and trains junior and mid-level engineers, helping them develop technical skills and expertise in mechanical design, analysis, and problem-solving.
