Staff Electrical Engineering Manager responsible for overseeing the electrical engineering department, guiding the team in design, development, and optimization of electrical systems and products, and promoting effective communication and teamwork within the department and across the organization.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior and junior electrical engineers
• Manage performance, provide constructive feedback, and support career development for team members
• Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical engineering initiatives, aligning with overall company objectives and growth strategies
• Provide technical guidance and support in the resolution of complex electrical engineering challenges and design issues
• Review and approve electrical engineering schematics, layouts, component selection, calculations, and documentation
