Associate Project Manager (3 month contract)

We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support high-volume creative operations and drive efficient, scalable workflows. This is a 3 month contract opportunity.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or creative operations within an agency, studio, production, or marketing environment.
• Experience managing high-volume or multi-asset workflows across multiple clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize a large number of deliverables simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate timelines, risks, and status updates.
