Requirements

• Maintain and update master data for customers and vessels
• Support contract management in collaboration with the Pricing & Governance team
• Provide customer insights, business reviews, and analysis
• Drive accuracy and efficiency in CRM and sales processes
• Coordinate customer events, sales meetings, and communications
• Support implementation of sales initiatives and campaigns
• Act as first-line support for CRM onboarding and usage
• Assist in improving sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
