Requirements

• Experience within the last five years, with a minimum of two years within the NICU required or minimum clinical placement in NICU/special care nursery within the last two years required
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate required
• Completion of Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario Breastfeeding e-learning course required
• Neonatal Intensive Care course required or successful completion within six months of hire
• Sugar, temperature, airway, blood pressure, lab work and emotional support course completion required or completed within six months of hire
