Operations Technician (Mechanical)

Role Overview

As an mechanically-focused Operations Technician, you'll join a motivated team responsible for maintaining Williams' largest horsepower and power distribution installations. Your mechanical expertise will be key as you work with gas turbines, high-speed reciprocating engines, medium voltage generators, and power distribution.

What You Will Do

You'll actively support construction initiatives, diagnose and repair equipment, and use your mechanical insight to solve technical challenges, all while developing into a respected leader within your team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid State Driver's License and clean driving record
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
