Sr. Systems Engineer (Linux)

We are seeking a Senior Linux Platform Engineer to join our team at the Williams-Sonoma India Technology Center. As a Senior Linux Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, automation, standardization, and lifecycle management of Williams-Sonoma's Linux estate. You will help improve platform reliability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency across on-premises and cloud-hosted environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.
• 10+ years of managing Linux operating systems in an enterprise environment.
• 7+ years leading technical teams that solve complex problems and provide detailed technical and business analysis.
• Deep expertise in Linux systems engineering within complex enterprise environments, including performance, security, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and adjacent platform tooling for package management, patching, configuration, and automation.
