Tulsa Associate Youth Pastor

Provide pastoral care to Oneighty High School students, strategically partnering with the Youth Pastor to support the overall health of the ministry through relational leadership and volunteer care.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ministry experience
• Seminary education preferred
• Ability to teach/preach to students from stage
• A clear calling to student ministry and the local church
• Strong relational, pastoral, and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively disciple students and develop volunteer leaders
• Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
