Supervisor, Credit and Collections

Supervisor, Credit and Collections responsible for overseeing collections and special billing teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution of account receivables processes, handling escalated customer issues, and driving performance through mentorship and coaching.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum eight years of Commercial Collections and/or Billing experience
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory or lead role within A/R or Billing functions
