Wilson Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility, seeks an Empathic Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to direct overall operations and provide clinical case supervision of all treatment personnel.
Requirements
- Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.)
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred
- At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
- Experience with evidence based treatment modalities including wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma informed care
