Director of Nursing (DON)

Wilson Care is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for its Residential Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility in Chicago, IL. The DON will lead staff, collaborate with physicians, and support residents and their families. The ideal candidate has experience in mental health facilities, leadership skills, and a registered nurse (RN) license from the State of Illinois.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of Director of Nursing (DON) experience
• Current Registered Nurse (RN), license from the State of Illinois
• Clinical and supervisory experience in a mental health facility required
• Previous hospital and/or long term care facility experience required
