Wilson Elser is a leading defense litigation law firm seeking a Part-Time General Liability Of Counsel in our Las Vegas Office. This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and a chance to grow in a role with increased and substantive defense litigation-based responsibilities.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Nevada
- 8+ years of defense litigation
- Experience with catastrophic injury, product liability, construction defect, habitability, transportation, or other general liability matters
- Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions
- Experience cross-examining plaintiffs and other fact witnesses
- Experience handling court appearances, depositions, and trial experience
- 2nd chair trial experience
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
