Wilson Sonsini seeks a customer-focused Regional IT Support Coordinator to provide technical support to attorneys and professional staff, ensuring efficient and effective resolutions for hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support via phone, email, and Service Desk system, perform hands-on support, manage IT hardware inventory, and participate in firm-wide IT initiatives.
This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
