Job Description
We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead and direct all electrical maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation of electrical systems and equipment.
Requirements
- Collaborate with the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
- Lead and mentor electrical maintenance technicians and team leaders
- Maintain an Electrical Apprenticeship Program
- Enforce company policies
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with managing the maintenance budget
- Delegate authority to shift team leaders
- Oversee electrical installations and upgrades
- Evaluate and coordinate work performed by external electrical contractors
- Support production and engineering teams
- Organize and facilitate training
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workspace
- Conduct daily meetings
- Participate in plant leadership meetings
