
Job description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Management Project Manager to oversee personnel and multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of work required by the contract and strong communication and managerial skills.
The Construction Management Project Manager will be responsible for inspection and observation, documenting and making necessary records or reports of operations, and client interaction and coordination for all jobsite activities.
This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of construction inspection experience with ADOT and/or other public agencies, and experience working on local government transportation/Public Works projects in Arizona.
