Job description
We are seeking a licensed architect to provide project management for the design and construction of various project types. The position requires experience in construction documents, specifications, and technical expertise on projects. The candidate will be responsible for supporting or leading projects and associated efforts on a diverse mix of educational, industrial, municipal, and commercial projects.
Creation and management of the architectural scope of work and fee for projects, development of project plans, collaboration with team members, preparation of technical equipment specifications, and coordination of communications between the project team.
