Licensed Regional Property Manager

Windermere Real Estate is looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of single-family and commercial properties across Washington and Oregon. The role requires a current WA or OR Managing Brokers Real Estate License and 7+ years of experience in the industry.

Requirements

• Current WA or OR Managing Brokers Real Estate License
• 7+ years in the industry (strongly preferred)
• 7+ years property management experience
• Experience with single-family portfolios and/or commercial properties
• Strong financial acumen (budgets, variance reports, NOI planning)
• Proven background managing multiple sites or regions
• High-level understanding of WA/OR landlord-tenant regulations
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel regionally
