Licensed Regional Property Manager

Windermere Real Estate is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a mixed portfolio of single-family and commercial properties across Washington and Oregon.

Requirements

• Current WA or OR Managing Brokers Real Estate License
• 7+ years in the industry (strongly preferred)
• Oversee day-to-day operations for a regional portfolio of SFR + commercial assets
• Manage onsite, remote property managers and admin staff as needed
• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar (preferred)
