Area Manager

Windsor is seeking an Area Manager to manage store operations, loss prevention, and profitability at designated locations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of retail management experience, proven leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop a team of up to 15 stores.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Retail Management experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Proven experience in multi-tasking and organization
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 15 stores
• Able to resolve complaints and problems as they arise from customers and associates
• Communicates well and effectively in a one and one setting and in a group setting
• Able to travel and drive as needed
