Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager who is ready to grow into the full scope of independent project delivery. You will work alongside a senior Project Manager in a structured, supported environment, taking clear ownership of workstreams and coordination tasks while learning Windsor's delivery methodology.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT consulting (required)
• 1–2 years of direct project management or project coordination experience, OR demonstrated readiness to transition into PM ownership
• Experience supporting or delivering software implementation projects (SaaS or on-premises); environmental/regulatory domain a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Science, or related field
• PMP certification in progress or planned — Windsor supports and encourages the path to PMP
