Maintenance Manager

Role Overview

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all production equipment, services, and facility equipment, infrastructure. This includes execution of repairs driven by established preventative, predictive, and continuous improvement programs.

What You Will Do

Ensure that repairs are carried out in a cost-efficient and timely manner, maximizing production capabilities and meeting all health and safety requirements. Maintain facility/production line conditions to meet established GMPs/HAACP, and Food Safety Regulations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong knowledge of electronics, controls, hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical components found in food manufacturing machinery as well as proper safety standards for food production equipment. Demonstrated hands-on experience with installation and technical repairs of manufacturing and packaging equipment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of electronics, controls, hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical components found in food manufacturing machinery
• Proper safety standards for food production equipment
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with installation and technical repairs of manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Fundamental understanding of PLC processes
• Knowledge of PIMS (Parts Inventory Management System)
• Familiarity with SAP a plus
• Problem solving, leadership, and analytical skills
• Experience in creating, executing, and monitoring manufacturing technical standards and procedures
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to lead individually, in small groups, or lead Kaizen events to identify root cause and corrective actions to improve equipment and line reliability
