
Job description
The M&A Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing the firm's M&A business development strategy. This role is accountable for building and managing the acquisition pipeline, establishing outreach strategies, and developing relationships with prospective acquisition targets.
Develop and execute the overall strategy for sourcing and building a robust M&A acquisition pipeline, design and oversee outreach approaches, conduct introductory and exploratory discussions with prospective acquisition targets, and track pipeline activity and progress.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, and proven relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities.
