BUSINESS ANALYST

Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA or equivalent degree and 2-5 years of experience in IT, Operations, and Finance. The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing mid-to-large projects, developing project estimates, plans, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams. The role involves process analysis, financial analysis, project management, and customer engagement. The company is looking for a candidate who can effectively influence and communicate with all levels of management and has experience with SQL/PL-SQL.

Requirements

• Must be an MBA or Equivalent Masters Degree from Tier II B-Schools
• 2 to 5 years of IT, Operations and Finance experience
• Candidates with Engineering background would be preferred
• Exposure to project and program management function
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
• Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Understanding of SQL / PL-SQL
